What to Expect After Applying: Applicants that meet the qualifications will receive a call from our talent acquisition team to talk through your qualifications and answer questions you may have. Job Duties: Quality Checks: Perform quality checks, follow scrap escalation and root cause/corrective action process Follow and maintain Safe Job Procedures (SJP) Material Staging and Movement: Ensure material is available when needed, move outgoing material Training: Train operations personnel to run equipment safely and produce high quality Complete job functions required to support CPS principles Process and Standardized Work: Help in development of standardized processes and procedures, working closely with the process engineer Setup and operate complex production equipment Changeovers: Coordinate mold changes according to production schedule Maintain production on multiple machines simultaneously Maintain a positive environment requiring communication with other team members Track Seals Additional Responsibilities: Operate and adjust automated and/or robotic equipment Complete required paperwork to account for production and quality activity Desired Qualifications: Focus on safety and quality Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple efforts at once Peer leadership Ability to work in a team environment Willingness to be cross trained in all areas Fork truck certified within one month Additional Information: Please ensure you frequently check the e-mail account you provided on your application, including the junk/spam folder, as this is the primary correspondence method in our recruiting process.
