Your day-to-day might include: Setting up CNC mills, Swiss lathes, or other machines based on blueprint specifications Editing programs and troubleshooting when things don’t go quite right Using inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, or profile projectors to ensure precision Adjusting machine settings to meet exact product requirements What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also a great team player. Ideally, you have: A high school diploma or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment 1+ years of hands-on experience with CNC Mills and/or lathes in an industrial manufacturing environment. A knack for multitasking and staying detail-oriented under pressure Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset A focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement A positive attitude—we like working with people who lift others up! The Physical Side This role is hands-on and active. Requirements
