Requirements

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and relevant Dealer software.
• Ability to adapt to changing job requirements and re-training every 1-2 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to safety policies and regulations.
• Attend and complete required training classes.
• Interpret engineering prints, sketches, and specifications.
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures and cutting tools on machines.
• Calculate and set controls for machining factors.
• Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions.
• Verify conformance of finished work to specifications.
• Fit and assemble parts as necessary.
• Operate welding equipment as needed.
• Monitor job expenses and report any cost overruns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
