High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong organizational and mathematical skills are required.
Knowledge and experience in programming, tuning, and milling are essential.
Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a team environment are also necessary.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.

Technical degree preferred.
Two years of machining experience is preferred, and experience with CNC is also preferred.
