Perform all phases of set up and operation of machinery to include, but not limited to Break Press Operation.

Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating manufacturing equipment including Break Press.
Ability to understand fractions and angles.
Close attention to detail.
Function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision.
Ability to understand and demonstrate proper operations of Break Press machine.
Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices.
Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools. Familiar with the safe operation of various tools: including but not limited to drills, screw gun, table saw, band saw and routers.
Ability to use basic mathematics.
Must have general knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards.

Responsibilities

Safely operate production machinery as required.
Stay current in TPM and basic mechanical adjustments on all equipment as needed.
Read and interpret detail drawings and dimension styles
Update paperwork and reflect any changes
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.
Interface with engineering to program machine run and set ups.
Loads parts in machine, cycles machine, detects malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools
Run production lots, communicate with co-workers regarding productions runs, and maintains safe, organized, and clean work environment
