Requirements

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Minimum one year of experience working with machine shop equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Willingness to adapt to changing workloads and meet deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

Operate shop equipment such as milling machines, band saws, and drill presses.
Safely utilize a variety of powered and non-powered hand tools.
Train and operate a forklift as needed and manage an overhead crane in accordance with OSHA standards.
Complete assigned work orders promptly, accurately, and with pride.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
Identify and report the need for spare or replacement parts to ensure smooth operations.
Be available for overtime work when required and maintain consistent punctuality.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and expand technical expertise.
You will be responsible for hot stamping our injection-molded waste bins and custom packaging solutions.
You will manufacture mounting plates for various hot stamp sizes and assist with mold version changes.
