About The Position
Gayle Manufacturing Company (GMC) is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team in Caldwell, Idaho. As a Structural Steel Fabrication Company with over 55 years of experience, GMC operates from a state-of-the-art facility situated on 50 acres in the scenic Treasure Valley. This position is crucial to our operations, as the Machinist will work in a fully equipped and well-organized Machine Shop that features advanced machinery including a near-new Giddings & Lewis Horizontal Boring Mill, a new Hwacheon Vertical Mill, and various other heavy and medium mills and lathes. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC Mills and supporting our CNC plate and structural steel processing equipment. Familiarity with current tooling and machining practices is essential for this role. GMC prides itself on being a high-achieving, detail-oriented company that fosters a great team environment.
