This is a 2nd shift position.
Requirements
- Ability to operate 3–4 machine tools including at least one CNC machine
- Ability to read/understand job orders, blueprints, and setup sheets
- Ability to set the speed, feed, depth, and cuts using provided tooling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail‑oriented and organized
- Ability to follow directions and keep quality at the forefront
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
