Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and job travelers.
• Willingness to learn equipment setup (training provided).
• Familiarity with knee mills and lathes is a plus.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong independence and communication skills in English (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machining tools such as Bridgeports, lathes, and cold saws to perform operations like boring, drilling, tapping, milling, and turning per blueprint specifications.
• Verify the accuracy of machined parts through in-process inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while ensuring proper equipment maintenance.
• Detect and report equipment malfunctions during production runs.
