About The Position

Requirements

Must be 18, or older
High school diploma, or equivalent required
Experience in CNC/lathe and at least 1 year in manufacturing preferred
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as fixing machinery and standing for long periods of time.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail is a must, and be able to read and write in English.
Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate and monitor equipment used in the machining department
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools.
Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
Record product information using an online platform
Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
