About The Position
Monitors a set of automated CNC machining lines to produce aluminum alloy billets for forging presses.
Requirements
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Ability to read and comprehend basic English
- Ability to follow instructions
- Basic troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and comprehend basic English
- Ability to follow instructions
- Basic math skills
- Able to use measuring devices such as calipers
- Ability to identify nonstandard situations and respond accordingly.
- High school degree or GED equivalence.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in operating CNC machined is preferred
- Crane and forklift experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is operating within specified parameters.
- Material handling requiring use of forklift and overhead crane
- Ensure quality is maintained
- Make offset adjustments if necessary
- Fill out required production documents
- Changeovers
- Maintain clean/organized work area
- Performs other duties as required
