About The Position

Responsible for machinery operation and/or bagging operation for fruit in a packing facility. Note: This equipment is high volume and state of the art. Requires prior experience with touch screens for speed control and operations.

Requirements

Ability to work well in a team-based environment
Ability to produce results in a fast paced environment
Proficiency with basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

Bilingual a plus (Spanish)

Responsibilities

Preforms pre-operation checklist prior to packing production
Sets up machinery and monitors the production of machinery daily
Notify and submit maintenance request to supervisor for any maintenance issues
Ensures that the machinery is operating properly and safely
Loads bags, boxes, or other items into machinery to keep up with production
Works safely and follows proper protocols for starting, stopping, and operating machinery.
Using a touch screen, make daily adjustments to machinery/bagging to control speeds, timing, and other items
Other duties, will be assigned
