At Tru Vue, you are not just keeping a line running. You are working with advanced coating technology that turns ordinary glass into high performance, anti reflective, UV protected optical products used in museums, galleries, photography, and precision industries. If you like solving problems, figuring out why something is happening, and getting hands on with complex equipment, this is your kind of environment. You will be part of the team running a precision coating system. That means: Operating and monitoring vacuum coating equipment and support systems Adjusting process settings to keep quality and yield on track Troubleshooting equipment like pumps, gauges, gas systems, and power supplies Testing, checking, and documenting process data throughout the shift Catching issues early and helping fix root causes, not just symptoms Working closely with quality and production teammates to improve results Supporting maintenance and routine system care Helping train others as you build skill and confidence in the process This is a great fit if you are tired of “just pushing product” jobs and want something more technical. Here you will: Work with specialized equipment most facilities do not have Learn a real process control system, not just basic machine operation Build troubleshooting skills that translate into higher level technician roles Be part of a team that actually listens to operators when improving the process Have a consistent weekday schedule that gives you your evenings and weekends back
