STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for an effective Machine Shop Manager to join the team. This position oversees daily operations, making sure production cycles are met from part design to fabrication. The Machine Shop Manager also deals with raw material and equipment logistics, people resources, and administrative processes. Managing the machine shop includes quoting, the allocation of work to machinists, managing priorities, maintaining equipment, and managing personnel. This position also requires programming of CNC equipment to provide a quality that meets quality and drawing requirements and is machined to the most economically. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and with reasonable accommodation when necessary.
