E.J. Reynolds Company is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Shop Helper to support daily operations in our machine shop. This entry‑level position is essential to ensuring high‑quality production flow, clean parts, and an organized workspace. Requirements

Experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
Ability to use basic hand tools such as files, sanders, and deburring tools.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and a team‑focused work ethic.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Deburr, clean, and prepare machined parts to meet company and customer quality standards.
Work closely with the Shop Supervisor, Machinists, Quality Control, and Shipping & Receiving throughout various stages of each job.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times.
Assist with general shop tasks such as material handling, basic tool use, and light cleanup duties.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
