About The Position

HOLT CAT is excited to offer a summer internship in our Machine Sales department. This 12-week program provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in our dealership's operations. You will work with different departments, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights into the Heavy Equipment industry. Throughout this dynamic internship, you will learn from experienced professionals and understand our legendary customer service and values-based leadership framework. The primary goal is to facilitate your learning and development. By the end, you will present your findings on the sales lifecycle to our team.

Requirements

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Basic math calculations and the ability to read, write, and understand work instructions
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree program with a current emphasis in Agriculture, Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Must be actively enrolled in a University or College program with an anticipated graduation year of 2026-2027
• Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA
