About The Position
Responsible for operating and monitoring industrial machinery to ensure efficient and safe production of materials. Duties include setting up machines, performing quality checks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Operators must follow all safety protocols and production guidelines to meet company standards for quality and output. Experience with manufacturing equipment and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret production instructions and safety documents
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
