About The Position

At Universal Pure, we’re dedicated to giving people everywhere safe, fresh, and delicious food to eat and drink. We provide high-pressure processing (HPP), value-added services and cold storage for our partners in the food industry. We are focused on safety and driven by service.
1st shift 5:30am to 2:00pm
2nd shift 1:30pm to 10:00pm
3rd Shift 9:30pm-6:00am

Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform HPP Machine Operator duties that may include – performing machine
Responsibilities: operator duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to perform basic mental math
• Ability to balance productivity, quality and safety
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to effectively work with others and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Refrigeration, warehouse, production or manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Loading and/or unloading cylinders
• Unloading and/or packaging boxes
• Read and understand date codes
• Perform basic mathematical skills as needed.
• Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
• Ability to prioritize and perform position responsibilities accurately and to deadline
• Must have flexibility with work schedule and job duties when the location environment change rapidly
• Must be able to communicate in English (speak, read and write)
• Must have legible and readable handwriting
