About The Position

We are hiring Plastics Machine Operators for a Tier 1 Automotive facility. No prior experience is required. This role involves operating and monitoring plastic molding machines to ensure consistent production of high-quality parts. Location: Sterling Heights (18 1/2 mile road) Key Responsibilities: Retrieve plastic parts from the conveyor Inspect parts for visible defects Label each part accurately Transport completed parts to designated workstations Available Shifts & Pay Rates: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $15.50/hour 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $16.00/hour (includes $0.50 shift premium) 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $17.00/hour (includes $1.50 shift premium) This is a great opportunity to start a career in automotive manufacturing with on-the-job training provided.
