Machine Operators at Prent Corporation play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, specifically in setting up, running, and improving proprietary thermoforming equipment. This position is essential for ensuring that quality standards are met and that customer orders are delivered on time. As a Machine Operator, you will work independently while following specific job instructions and collaborating with Inspector Packers to maintain high-quality output. The role requires a technical mindset, as you will be expected to troubleshoot machine issues using your analytical skills. The work schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts each week, with the first shift running from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and the second shift from 3:45 pm to 2:15 am, also Monday through Thursday. There may be occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays.
