About The Position

Requirements

• Proficiency in machine operating.
• Ability to remain standing for the duration of the shift.
• Capability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong attendance record with a proven 9-month attendance within the past 2 years.

• Experience in warehouse distribution, assembly, lube tech, production, and general labor.

Responsibilities

• Operate the retread machine efficiently and safely.
• Secure tires on the stand and ensure proper placement.
• Identify and place the correct tread on the machine.
• Initiate the retreading process and monitor the machine.
• Staple the tire after the tread is spun on.
• Transfer the retreaded tire to the oven.
• Buff and smooth tires before retreading.
