About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is required.
• Familiarity with operating stamping presses and assembly line machinery is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software is desirable for understanding design specifications.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on logic controllers and troubleshooting machinery.
• Experience with precision measuring tools, such as calipers, is beneficial.
• Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• A commitment to safety practices in the workplace is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery such as stamping presses and assembly line equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment for wear or damage.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers to verify dimensions of parts being produced.
• Safely operate forklifts as needed for material handling within the production area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards and protocols.
• Document production data accurately for quality control purposes.
