We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of factory operations, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Operate and monitor machinery such as stamping presses and assembly line equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to assemble components accurately according to specifications.
  • Utilize logic controllers to troubleshoot machine issues and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment for wear or damage.
  • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers to verify dimensions of parts being produced.
  • Safely operate forklifts as needed for material handling within the production area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards and protocols.
  • Document production data accurately for quality control purposes.
  • Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is required.
  • Familiarity with operating stamping presses and assembly line machinery is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software is desirable for understanding design specifications.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
