Requirements

  • Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting
  • Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Capable of lifting up to 35lbs repeatedly
  • Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: Bump Cap or Hard Hat, Safety Eyewear or Prescription Safety Eyewear, Safety Shoes, Hearing Protection and Disposable Mask
  • Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines and working required overtime
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Negative drug screen results
  • Work in a safe manner

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in an assembly operation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work a 12-hour shift (2 Days On, 2 Days Off, 3 Days On, 2 Days Off, 2 Days On, 3 Days Off)
  • Receive an additional $1.50/hr differential for night shift
  • Be eligible for profit sharing bonus
  • Report to front line leadership
  • Work as a team member to obtain plant & departmental goals
  • Safely operate equipment to ensure maximum product throughput and minimum downtime, including clearing & restarting machinery as necessary
  • Visually inspect & gauge product in production and document inspection results
  • Report any non-conformances to front line leadership
  • Correctly complete daily production reports & submit at shift's end
  • Feed materials to machines to keep production running
  • Read & interpret traveler/work order
  • Operate & understand MATTEC software
  • Perform routine housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance as assigned/required
  • Uphold Safety Absolutes
  • Work & perform to ISO standards, SOPs and established Work Instructions
  • Uphold Quality Standards & follow the Absolutes
  • Other duties as assigned.
