About The Position

We are looking for a Machine Operator to safely and efficiently operate equipment across our manufacturing facility. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Thursday schedule, and overtime may be required as needed. The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined and ready to join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team. If you thrive in a high-heat, physical environment and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the perfect fit!

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• Comfortable with physical work: standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working in high-heat conditions (up to 105°F)

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and hand tools safely and effectively
• Read and follow production instructions and job routings
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, scale, etc.)
• Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure product quality and traceability throughout the process
• Communicate issues and collaborate with engineering support
• Assist with material handling, including lifting up to 50 lbs and using hoists for heavier items
• Stay flexible—operate other machines as needed and cross-train in other areas
