Join our team and unbox your potential! Immediate Opening on 3rd Shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am) Mon - Fri.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience operating corrugated industry equipment.
Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
Working with a one box set up mindset, to ensure quality expectations are met & minimize waste.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Set up and operate either Corrugated Equipment, Rotary Die Cutter, or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
