About The Position

Requirements

• High degree of professionalism along with organizational skills, tact, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality finished goods are being built that meet the customer's quality specifications.
• Team Members must follow all policies and work instructions.
• Perform work in a safe and efficient manner including proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Slight computer work to document daily production data.
• Making sure 5S activities are completed and monitored; work stations, areas, are cleaned and organized before end of shift
• Assist in problem solving and continuous improvement processes
• Communicate and work effectively with peers and management.
• Ensure all process sheets are filled out daily.
