Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. If you don’t have it, we’ll support you through our free GED Works program.
• Quick learners who enjoy working with their hands.
• Strong teamwork skills and excellent attendance.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and maintain high standards.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a full shift.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial production, assembly, machining, set-up, metals industry

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Operate a wire draw machine to create finished products
• Package steel coils to meet customer specifications
• Transport coils for storage using a forklift
• Running industrial banding/steel packaging machines and forklifts
