Machine Operator
About The Position
As the Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of automated bottling equipment to ensure timely and accurate packaging of products. This role involves operating machinery, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for this position. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with packaging line equipment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Capability of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Willingness to learn for advancement opportunities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to climb stairs on a frequent basis.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in environments with noise, dust, or varying temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust bottling machines to ensure proper function and maximum efficiency.
- Start and stop the machine according to work schedules.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure accurate weights, proper sealing, and compliance with company standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubrication, to keep machines in optimal working condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.
- Report significant mechanical problems to the maintenance team promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Adhere to company policies.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any production issues or supply needs.
