About The Position

Manufactures high-quality, low-cost pipe according to manufacturing specification sheets in an efficient manner while maintaining all NOV quality and safety measures. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Operates winding machine Run DSC machine Extractor cart operation Operate impact gun Use measuring equipment Operation of mix station Understand specifications and how it relates to machine setup and product Mains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision Utilize safe work habits Wear appropriate PPE Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Ability to read pressure gauges
Ability to read labels on pipe along with specs on paper
Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
Good vision required for safe operation of forklift
Standing up to 12 hours daily
Walking up to 12 hours daily
Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
Assist where and when needed as required
Utilize recommended safe work habits and make use of all safety equipment provided
Ability to read, write and speak in English.
