Day Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Manitowoc Pattern and Machining (MP&M) is excited to announce the launch of our new weekend shift! We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused Machine Operators to join our growing team on our weekend day shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking consistent weekend hours, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a stable work environment.

What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality parts by:

Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading materials
Reading and following work instructions
Using precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts
Maintaining accurate production records
Reporting quality or process concerns to your supervisor
Working as part of a team to meet production and quality goals
This is an entry-level position, and we’re willing to train motivated candidates who bring a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate and read work instructions in English
• Ability to safely operate machinery and work in a production environment
• Willingness to work 12-hour weekend shifts
• Production floor environment with noise, dust, and machinery
• PPE required (safety glasses, safety shoes, and gloves)
• Ability to stand and move for 12 hours
• Frequent lifting (up to 30 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
