What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Operate turret forklifts to collect, load, and put away items, ensuring every pallet is picked and staged for success. Collaborate with the warehouse team using wireless Radio Frequency (RF) scanning equipment and smartphone software to perform audits and cycle counts. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company quality standards while performing routine equipment inspections. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: Proven Expertise: 3+ years of experience operating powered forklifts with a strong understanding of various material-handling equipment. Physical Capability: Proven ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8-hour shift. Technical Aptitude: Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday. Safety First Mindset: Must be at least 18 years of age with a high regard for workplace safety OSHA standards.
