Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will help keep our production lines running smoothly by operating equipment safely, supporting quality standards, and being an engaged member of our team. A Taste of Your Responsibilities You will operate all the different machines and equipment while keeping safety at the forefront. You will complete quality checks and documentation, following standard work to ensure products meet expectations. You will monitor code dates, packaging materials, product standards, and metal detector checks to maintain consistent quality. You will partner with Quality, Production Supervisors, and Coordinators to support daily production needs. You will read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. You will follow Good Manufacturing Practices, required PPE standards, and company policies. You will stay alert to food safety risks and escalate concerns to your lead or supervisor. You will take part in cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working order.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• A strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Comfort working with machinery and performing repetitive tasks.
• A positive, dependable, and collaborative approach to daily work.
• 1 year of machine operator experience
