Become a part of a company that values you! Harbour Industries is hiring a Machine Operator to join our production team! This is a full time, ONSITE role located in Shelburne, VT. This role reports to our production supervisor and operates on a 3rd shift schedule M-F 11pm-7am. Pay Rate: $25-32 per hour Benefits Effective Day 1! Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math skills.
Ability to pass a post-offer company-paid physical, 5-panel drug screen (no THC) and background check.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and operation procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Use gauges and other measurement devices to insure accurate output of products.
Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure product integrity.
Read routing sheets to understand and execute production requirements.
Maintain accurate production reports and records.
Learn and work within different stations, with ability to be cross trained on different machines.
