Become a part of a company that values you! Harbour Industries is hiring a Machine Operator to join our production team! This is a full time, ONSITE role located in Shelburne, VT. This role reports to our production supervisor and operates on a 3rd shift schedule M-F 11pm-7am. Pay Rate: $25-32 per hour Benefits Effective Day 1! Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to pass a post-offer company-paid physical, 5-panel drug screen (no THC) and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and operation procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Use gauges and other measurement devices to insure accurate output of products.
  • Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure product integrity.
  • Read routing sheets to understand and execute production requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production reports and records.
  • Learn and work within different stations, with ability to be cross trained on different machines.
