Machine Operator

We are looking for a Machine Operator for our Day Shift in Auburn, Nebraska facility. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic math and measuring skills a plus
Responsibilities
- Interprets complex drawings, program sheets, instructions, and process sheets.
- Performs diversified operations on numerical control machining centers.
- Performs a variety of milling, drilling, and boring to close any interrelated tolerances.
- Load and unload materials from machines
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support team members as needed to meet production goals
