Job Description Your Responsibilities As a Machine Operator, responsible for the daily production of MBI (Metal Building Insulation) products. If you have manufacturing experience, are reliable, a team player and desire to work safely in a fast-paced environment, then we want you to APPLY NOW!

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.
  • Safe and efficient operation of the lamination machine.
  • Accountable for ensuring correct materials are used and proper recording of waste.
  • Monitors the quality of insulation product as it runs through the machine and makes adjustments and corrections as necessary.
  • Partners with team of Laminators to ensure production levels are met.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and/or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment (preferred).
  • Basic computer skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment.
  • Accurately measure material for efficiency.
  • Maintain quality and housekeeping.
  • Ensure production levels are meet daily.
  • Comply with all safety requirements.
  • Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
