We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Machine Operator position, joining our Nottingham, PA team! SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday and the occasional weekend SHIFT: 4:30am-2:30pm Additional hours may be required due to business demands. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position. QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. One to three months of related mechanical experience and/or training. Ability to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water. Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment. Good balance on slippery surfaces. Sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Operation of computerized weigh heads, Hayssen and TNA packaging machines, and Blueprint automatic case packers.
Observing machines to ensure the correct packaging film, product package weight, price, and code date are set correctly to obtain overall package integrity.
Prepare machines for production start-up, including changing rolls of packaging film and ink tape as necessary.
Cleaning and sanitizing plant and plant equipment including seasoning trays, machines, floors, ovens, etc.
Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods.
Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data.
Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
Other ERP responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
