The Machine Operator will operate, sanitize, and maintain Continuous Cook Ready to Eat (CCRTE) machines and work with team to ensure production needs are met. The production lines have multiple operators, this position will focus on a particular machine/part of the machine but will be expected to rotate/back up other Machine Operators. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to Maintain, control, operate, and sanitize machines and equipment used in the Continuous Cook Ready to Eat (CCRTE) operation Ensure machine settings are calibrated and may train/provide guidance to others on how to properly operate equipment Troubleshoot machine problems, make corrections, and/or coordinate with Manager and Maintenance personnel as needed Work as a team and maintain good communications with other Machine Operators, production line workers, and Quality Assurance Do some sanitation between products and involves tear down, cleaning, and reassembly of machines; knowledge of sanitation techniques and proper chemical handling, and regular interaction with Quality Assurance Help perform Warehouse Runner duties including use of forklift and pallet jack Serve as role model regarding GMPs, food safety, general safety, and wearing PPE
