About The Position

The Machine Operator oversees key aspects of Packaging, driving initiatives that uphold our commitment to excellence and strategic objectives. Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Experience: One year of experience running corrugated machinery.
• Specific Skills: English/Spanish proficiency.
• Must be able to follow instructions
• Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: None required

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies that ensure operational activities align with ReadyOne's cultural behaviors of accountability, diversity, honesty, collaboration, empathy, innovation, passion, and effective communication.
• Adhere to and execute company policies and procedures while driving continuous improvement across all operational processes.
• Must keep machine running at required speed.
• Monitor and start/stop machine as necessary.
• Must be able to perform minor adjustments to machine.
• Must be able to understand and follow work order instructions.
• Responsible for quality of the product.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
