About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shift: Week one: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00AM-5:00PM
Week two: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday 5:00AM-5:00PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
• Follow production schedules and adjust machine settings to meet specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
