About The Position

This is a temporary to full-time Machine Operator position located in Hebron, offering weekly pay at $19.00 per hour for 12-hour shifts. The Machine Operator is responsible for the set up and operation of machinery, ensuring finished products are properly packaged and labeled. Key duties include maintaining a clean and safe work environment, monitoring production, adjusting machines as needed, and reviewing packaging specifications to ensure correct customer information. The role requires flexibility to work in various departments as needed.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work in all departments as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly work area/warehouse
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all company safety policies and procedures and reporting unsafe conditions and incidents, while maintaining quality standards
• Run the job by starting machines and monitoring production
• Properly label all rolls produced and adjust machine as needed to respond to problems
• Review packaging specifications and ensure customer information is correct
• Other duties as assigned
• Be willing to work in all departments as needed
