Our work environment includes: Flexible working hours On-the-job training Safe work environment Casual work attire Growth opportunities Position Summary: The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a long history of taking ownership of setting up, operating, modifying, troubleshooting and making minor repairs on wire and cable cutting/straightening machines during production.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Strong desire to learn and improve
• Must be very dependable and professional
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor and team player

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate materials as required by each job specification
• Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process
• Observe machine operations to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.
• Pack finished product and store them in designated areas
• Clean workstation at the end of every shift
