About The Position
One of our valued manufacturing clients is hiring a Material Cutting & Production Associate to support daily production operations in a highly visible role focused on precision measuring, cutting raw materials, and inventory support . This position is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, confident using tape measures and calipers , and ready to grow long-term with a stable team. This is a critical role where accurate measuring is everything to ensure minimal material waste across aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium products .
Requirements
- Strong tape measure and caliper skills REQUIRED
- Prior experience in metal cutting, machine support, fabrication, warehouse, or production
- Ability to work with raw materials and follow measurements precisely
- Comfortable using a computer for basic communication and email
- Basic English reading and writing skills
- Quick learner who can pick up equipment and processes fast
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Looking for long-term growth with a stable company
Nice To Haves
- Inventory experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Measure materials accurately using tape measures and calipers
- Cut raw materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium
- Pull and stage material from inventory for production use
- Support daily production flow in a high-responsibility, visible role
- Operate a slide loader throughout the shift (client will train)
- Minimize material waste through strong precision and attention to detail
- Communicate basic updates through email and internal systems
- Support inventory organization and material tracking
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
