About The Position

We are immediately hiring skilled and reliable Machine Operators for a growing automotive tube manufacturing facility in Cadillac, MI. You will operate CNC benders, N-formers, automation equipment, deburring machines, band saws, circular saws, wire wheels, and related production equipment.

Requirements

• Must be able to read a tape measure in millimeters and metric
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous machine or manufacturing experience preferred, but we are somewhat lenient for the right attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Steel-toe boots required (all other PPE — safety glasses, gloves, shield, composite hard-toe shoes — provided by the company)

Nice To Haves

• Previous machine or manufacturing experience preferred, but we are somewhat lenient for the right attitude

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC tube benders, formers, and automated machinery
• Perform deburring, saw cutting, leak testing, and part washing
• Read and use a tape measure (millimeter and metric)
• Follow safety procedures and pay close attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work independently or as part of a team on rush orders
