About The Position
We’re hiring a Machine Operator for our Pearland, TX area client. We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: • Job Title: Machine Operator • Location: Pearland, TX • Pay: $17.75/hr. + $2.50/hr. shift differential • Hours: Monday–Friday, 5pm-5am; Saturdays as needed • Duration: Temp-to-Hire • Description of Duties: Operate machinery in a manufacturing facility; Identify and report any equipment issues; Perform quality inspections and report non-conformances; Complete preventative machine maintenance - lubricating, cleaning, etc.; Cross-train in all areas of operation
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years' manufacturing experience
- good organizational skills
- strong attention to detail
- Operate a forklift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery in a manufacturing facility
