Shift time : 9:25pm-6:00am (Sunday night-Friday morning) (Mandatory overtime) What You’ll Do As a Machine/Assembly Operator, you’ll be an essential part of our production team, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Operate molding and assembly machines, or perform manual assembly tasks with a strong focus on safety and productivity
- Take ownership of the quality of products produced at your workstation
- Collaborate with team members across shifts to ensure smooth and efficient transitions
- Review and follow workstation instructions to maintain consistency and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Arrive a few minutes before your shift to support seamless handovers
