About The Position

Summary/objective Use machines such as roll formers, polishing lathes, pneumatic presses, and vices to shape, shear and manipulate metal into desired output. Following work instructions, operate assigned machines to process material until desired outcome achieved Inspect material within specified tolerances Use hand tools and calipers to measure product Track and log job operations Maintain and ensure controlled material custody and tracking

Requirements

Basic math skills
Must have vision (natural or corrected) 20/30 or better
Must be authorized to work in the US1
Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Must meet pre-employment background screening requirements including those required under US Export Control Regulations (ITAR)2
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Sit or stand for long periods of time.
Fine hand motor manipulation
Ability to use hand and foot controls

Previous manufacturing experience
Familiarity of aerospace manufacturing standards
