About The Position

Mars Wrigley – Machine Operator- Elizabethtown, PA Pay: Based on experience starting at $24.10/hour+ and $1.50 shift premium This site manufactures DOVE chocolate Current Shift Schedule 4-Shift Rotation: Rotates between: 4th Shift: Week Off 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Weekday Shifts: 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday) Weekend Shifts: 12-hour shifts (off every other weekend) Future Shift Schedule: In 2026: Transition from rotating to fixed shifts (specific details still in discussion) Job Purpose: Machine Operators (Team Members) function as an expert member of a manufacturing area team which is responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities. What we are looking for? Minimum Requirements: High school diploma, GED or equivalent education 1+ years’ experience in manufacturing Proficiency in software systems including MS Office and e-mail Physical Requirements: Perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs) Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping. Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces. Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours Capable of working in non-climate-controlled areas including hot, cold and wet conditions. Proficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English. Preferred Qualifications: Technical degree or certifications 2+ years experience in a manufacturing setting operating a variety of machines Ability to operate a forklift Knowledge of inventory control principles Experience with SAP or other warehouse management system What will be your Key Responsibilities? Requirements
