About The Position

Reporting to the Production Line Lead, you will support safe, efficient, and high‑quality production by following standard operating procedures, communicating risks, rotating through line positions, and upholding Conagra Brands’ safety and quality standards. This role primarily supports our Bread Packaging department, with flexibility to assist other lines and departments as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand or walk for up to 12 hours in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English or Spanish.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment with large machinery, moving parts, and noise

Nice To Haves

• Machine operator experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and follow Conagra’s safety and quality programs at all times.
• Communicate line concerns related to safety, efficiency, or product quality promptly to leads or supervisors.
• Perform a variety of production tasks, including mixing or measuring dough, filling pans, baking, assembling, and packaging products.
• Operate production equipment and machines, performing basic adjustments and maintenance as trained.
• Rotate between multiple positions within the production team to support line efficiency and workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety, GMP, and OSHA requirements.
