Precision is crucial, as the role involves effectively reading a tape measure for quality control measurements of products and materials, as well as for assisting with setups. Maintaining necessary production supplies at the workstation is also a responsibility to ensure efficiency. Furthermore, the position involves working on the inline welding process, which includes coil strip alignment, shearing, clamping, and selecting weld qualities. The operator will utilize various hand tools and equipment at assigned workstations. Regular attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work overtime as needed are essential requirements for this temporary position.
