Job Summary The Machine Operator plays a key role in supporting production by assembling and packaging parts and verifying components according to the Bill of Materials (BOM). This role contributes to a safe, collaborative, and quality-focused work environment by operating a variety of production equipment and identifying non‑conformities.

Responsibilities

Set up workstations in accordance with established quality and safety standards
Perform a variety of assembly tasks, which may include: inserts, fasteners, gasket installation, reaming and bagging
Carry out packaging activities to customer and production specifications, including labeling, quantity verification, and skid configuration
Apply required documentation and traceability stamps accurately
Actively participate in waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain organized and efficient workspaces in alignment with 5S standards
Carry out additional responsibilities aligned with business needs
